Hair Department Policy
50% of your service value on all appointments booked.

Beauty Department Policy
50% of your service value on all appointments booked at 1hour or over

Cancellations and No shows
We are unable to accept cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
If cancelling within the 24hr window of your appointment any deposit paid will be lost and full payment will be required for any future bookings.

If you do not show for an appointment which has been booked then full payment will be charged as a no show fee.
